Can I combine guided tours?
Yes. You can book any of the guided tours, or book a half or full day tour stating any particular requests that you may have and I will design a private guided tour for you.
Are the tickets for the museums included in the price of the guided tour?
The price of tickets to visit museums and churches is not included in the mentioned rates.
Do we need to make reservations in order to skip the line tickets for Florence museums?
t’s necessary to make reservations in order to skip the line to Florentine Museums such as the Uffizi and the Academy Gallery in the high touristic season. I can make reservations for you without any extra fees.

Does the ticket reservation mean that we will walk straight into the museum without any wait at all?
In the high tourist season there is very often a short wait in the reserved ticket line also. This is unavoidable, there is no faster way to enter the Gallery or Accademy .
Starting very early in the morning (the gallery opens at 8.15 am) or late in the day (the galleries close at 6.30pm) will be less crowded. Tuesday is the busiest day of the week as the galleries are closed the day before, so it is advisable to start early on this day, or, to avoid it altogether.
Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point of the tour will be determined upon booking.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
I ask for cash payment on the day of the tour or prepayment by PayPal or bank transfer.
If I pay in advance what is your cancellation Policy?
I will refund the price of the tour if I receive an email more than forty eight hours before the scheduled start of the tour. A cancellation within forty eight hours of the start of the tour cannot be refunded.
Will the tour be cancelled if it rains?
I will not cancel your tour because of rain, just bring along an umbrella and the tour will go ahead as planned!
Will the guide use a microphone?
I will arrange rental of personal headsets for parties of 10 or more people, necessary for most of the museums and city walks due to surrounding noise. Headsets cost 2.50€ per person for a half day, 4€ for a full day.
Are all of your team licensed guides of Florence?
All of my team are licensed guides of Florence which means that they have passed the rigorous exams set by the provincial government.
Can you recommand a restaurant after the tour ?
I know some great places in town.
If I need a guide in Venice, Rome or Naples ecc ?
I will be happy to recommand another licensed guide.
Can you organize private transfer by car?
Yes I can. The drivers with whom I collaborate are safe, reliable and puntual and speak fluent english.
Can you recommand an accommodation ?
I can suggest some beautiful accommodations in Florence and surroundings.
I have young children, which tours are appropriate for them?
All my tours are child friendly!
Is there any dresscode ?
Most tours do not include the interior of religious buildings so there are no dress restriction. If there should be a religious building entrance no knees and shoulders should be seen. In case I will let you know.
